I have a proven track record in the transport industry since August 1980 and I am currently providing E&P (LV and Earthing & Bonding for Electrification) services on a contract basis.
My previous role was leading an electrical design team in a large end to end consultancy company performing the duties of Line Manager, CRE, Designer, Checker and Approver for electrical and lighting schemes.
I have experience in railway power supply infrastructure schemes, including points heating, building services (electrical) and earthing and bonding of LV systems in readiness for 25kV electrification and I have provided Project Engineer services for Network Rail.
I have also designed lighting schemes for platforms, station buildings, car parks, junction lighting and highway schemes including electrical distribution systems for the A38 Birmingham Tunnels Refurbishment.
Background
Rail Consultant Ltd was formed in 2016 to provide professional services support to construction and renewal projects within the UK Rail Industry
and can represent both the client organisation and approved contractors carrying out implementation work to the infrastructure.
MLD Rail Consultant Ltd is based in Stafford, however, is prepared to be involved with projects throughout the UK Mainland and abroad.
