MLD Rail Consultant Ltd was formed in 2016 to provide professional services support to construction and renewal projects within the UK Rail Industry
and can represent both the client organisation and approved contractors carrying out implementation work to the infrastructure.
MLD Rail Consultant Ltd is based in Stafford, however, is prepared to be involved with projects throughout the UK Mainland and abroad.

Liability - Indemnity Limit = £10,000,000

Public Liability - Indemnity Limit = £5,000,000

Professional Indemnity - Limit = £1,000,000

Terms to be agreed for individual contracts. 

Individual expenses up to £100 are included in the agreed rate including hotel, travel, when required to work away from agreed normal place of work.

Individual expenses in excess of £100 directly associated with a contract will be claimed via invoice, these expenses will not be incurred without prior agreement.  

Agreed on an individual contract bases, however, the maximum terms are 30 days from receipt of invoice.

Payment made by electronic transfer (Bank details provided upon engagement).

MLD Rail Consultant Ltd only accepts contracts that are outside IR35. 

Dependant on the contract, the contracting organisation to provide any equipment/software/licenses etc. necessary to carry out the services in accordance with their design/management systems and working processes. Any damage or loss to equipment provided by the contracting organisation will be replaced by MLD Rail Consultant Ltd at its own expense. However, where MLD Rail Consultant Ltd provides in-house equipment/software/Licenses etc. the contracting organisation shall reasonably reimburse the cost for its use.
